By creating an account or using Nextly Trips, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use Nextly Trips.
Nextly Trips is a travel journal and trip organization platform that allows users to plan, document, and preserve travel memories. Nextly Trips is owned and operated by Integrity Street LLC. The service is provided "as is" and may change over time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Integrity Street LLC and Nextly Trips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.
Nextly Trips is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
You own all content you create and upload to Nextly Trips. By uploading content, you grant Nextly Trips a limited license to store and display that content to you. We do not claim ownership of your photos, documents, or journal entries. We will never sell, share, or use your personal content for advertising.
You agree not to use Nextly Trips to upload illegal content, infringe on others' intellectual property, attempt to access other users' data, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
Your privacy is fundamental to how we operate. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We store your data securely using industry-standard encryption. While we take every precaution to protect your data, we recommend keeping personal copies of important travel documents.
We aim for maximum uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We will permanently delete or anonymize your data within 30 days of account deletion, except where retention is required by law. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms occasionally. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
